Right to Cancel

1.      RIGHT TO CANCEL

 

1.1.            Cancellation period

 

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Individual Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the Product to exercise their right of cancel on any Product Order, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

 

Please note that this right is not applicable to Orders placed by Professional Customers.

 

1.2.            Exceptions

 

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer cannot exercise his right of cancel for “goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized”.

 

 

Consequently, the Customer will not be able to exercise his right of cancel on Products sold in prototype form, and having been designed and manufactured by GILISYMO according to specifications provided by the Customer, according to the terms provided. in clause 6.

 

1.3.            Cancelation conditions

 

The Customer can exercise his right of cancel:

-        either by mail or email addressed to GILISYMO unambiguously expressing its desire to cancel;

-        either by completing the cancelation form available in the appendix to these General Terms and Conditions,

The cancelation document must mention the Customer's first and last name, the order number, and the reference of the Product(s) concerned.

 

It is recalled that the burden of proof of receipt of the withdrawal decision falls on the Customer: consequently, it is recommended to send all mail by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, and to also request an acknowledgment of receipt in the event sending e-mail.

 

1.4.            Return of Products and Customer reimbursement

 

The Products must be returned, at the Customer's expense, no later than 14 days following notification to GILISYMO of its decision to cancel.

 

The Products must be in their original condition and complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be put back on the market in new condition. Damaged or incomplete Products will not be taken back.

 

GILISYMO will refund the Customer within a maximum period of fourteen days (14) from its knowledge of the exercise of the right of cancel by the Customer, subject to having recovered the Products concerned or that the Customer provides proof of the shipment of these. GILISYMO will refund using the same payment terms as during the initial purchase. Only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded to the Customer; return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

Boards Return

  •          Boards in a resellable state

  •          No soldering on pins

  •          PCB not damaged

  •          Original Firmware when applied

Cover Glass Return

  •          Cover Glass in a resellable state

  •          Returned on their protection

  •          Some cover glass has a glue on the bottom, if you insert it on a sensor and then you remove it, you risk to damage the sensor.
