The cover glass protects the infrared sensor from dust and from external perturbations. In addition, it improves cross talk compared standard cover glass.
The supplier reference is: IR133C0-PM1D-A066 with tape. This Cover glass does not have the light blocker. This cover glass has a Bottom Tape.

Top Side Tape: standard lens with both Bottom and TOP tape; this version can be used to fix Cover Glass from the Top.
UV Coating: increase the hardness of lens, avoid the scratch
Olio Phobic: avoid dirty and fingerprint
